I’m truly honored that you’re here, considering Belong & Bloom Child Care for your family.

Long before Belong & Bloom Child Care had a name, it was a dream rooted in my own motherhood journey. I’m a wife and a mom to two incredible sons, one of whom has autism. Through him, I’ve learned how powerful it is when a child walks into a space where they are embraced fully, without conditions, assumptions, or limitations. I’ve also learned how heartbreaking it can be when those spaces are hard to find. Belong & Bloom was created to change that.

Every child deserves a place where they feel safe, understood, and genuinely valued;  a place where belonging isn’t an afterthought but the foundation.

​

Professionally, my path has prepared me to build that kind of environment with intention and care. I hold a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (Ed.D.) and an MBA, and I’ve spent more than eight years working in higher education, supporting diverse learners, developing programs, and leading student-focused initiatives. I’ve also had the privilege of directing two successful K–12 learning centers, where I witnessed how supportive environments can transform confidence, curiosity, and academic growth. But the truest lessons have come from parenting, advocating, and loving my boys.

Here at Belong & Bloom, we honor the whole child; their personality, their sensory needs, their communication style, their culture, their pace. We don’t believe children must adapt to a space; we believe the space should adapt to them. That’s why inclusion isn’t a program here, it’s our identity.
